- Nationwide and International delivery available
- Delivery fees are calculated based on location and are paid by client
- Idowu Couture and Wears is not responsible for delays caused by courier services once items have been dispatched
Politique de remboursement
- Refunds are issued only if Idowu Couture and Wears is unable to fulfill an order.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days
Retour / Annulation / Echange
- Due to the nature of our products:
- No refund on custom or bespoke outfits
- Exchanges are allowed only for ready to wear items within 48 hours of delivery provided the item is:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In it’s original condition
- Exchange request after 48 hours will not be accepted
